If your device is not coming up - fail to load the operation system
It means that something happened to your device which caused the operating system failure, this requires re-flashing of it.
Please do the followings:
1. Download the device image from here:
2. Download the KBurner tool:
3. Install "Anydesk" on Windows 10 and above so we can remotely connect to it.
4. Make sure you have a standard USB to USB Type C cable.
After following all steps, please contact Kaymera Support to schedule a remote session for the re-flashing.
