Have no internet on LTE even though I know the SIM has mobile data

Some telephony service providers set the SIM APN (Access Point Name) via silent SMS.
Kaymera CipherFort devices are blocking silent SMS as it is common use by hackers, therefore the APN is not set and the device can't access the internet using LTE (mobile data) 

To fix this issue, the user should contact the SIM service provider and ask to manually set the APN on the device.
