I’m getting message saying “The email that you typed is incorrect”

The email that you entered cannot be found in our Kontroller, please check that there is no spelling mistake and the email was entered correctly both on the phone and in the Management system (in case you do not have access to the Management system, you can open a ticket and we will check it for you )
Note: do not use capital letters or spaces between words in the email.
