Q. I’m not getting the email with the code
A. There could be a few reasons for not receiving the code by email:
- The email with the code got to the Spam/Junk mail –open the junk mail and make sure it is not there.
- Temporary mail server delay -wait up to 10 minutes and check again
- In some cases when the mail server rejects the mail from us 3 times, the email address is added to the rejected list - open a ticket to support and we will take it out of that list.
