Q. I’m not getting the email with the code 

A. There could be few reasons for not receiving the code by email:

  1. The email with the code got to the Spam/Junk mail –open the junk mail and make sure it is not there.
  2. Temporary mail server delay -wait up to 10 minutes and check again     
  3. in some cases when the mail server reject the mail from us 3 times, the email address is added to rejected list - open a ticket to support and we will take it our of that list.
