Unable to make secure/semi-secure calls

1. Make sure you have an internet connection (open “youtube” or something else)

2. Check that the secure / semi-secure calls option on the CipherBond is enabled

3. Check with your Admin if your license is active

4. If it is within the first 15 minutes after activation- switch your device to airplane mode for 1 minute and back.

5. If Semi secure works, make sure the number you are calling has an active secure license and is connected to the internet.
