If you discover, that you are unable to send secure messages, please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting and solution.
- Re-check your internet access and make sure you are connected
- Make sure that you have an active registered license
- Make sure the number you are calling has an active secure license and is connected to the Internet
- If none of the above have proven to fix the problem, switch your device into airplane mode for 1 minute, switch the airplane mode off, reconnect to the internet and try sending a secure message again
