Reach Out to Us: Get in touch with Kaymera by clicking on this link. We'll be ready to assist you. In order to have a prompt response please include on your ticket the following information: The device IMEI number or the phone number registered to that device and an explanation of your issue.

Protect Your Data: Ask us to send a command to your phone. This command will erase all your data and make it like new (factory reset). This way, if someone else has your phone, they won't see your stuff.

Extra Safety Option: If you want to be super secure, you can ask us to not only wipe your data but also the phone's operating system. This is called "Brick." It will make sure your phone is empty and can't be used by anyone else.
